My dh (Jay) is away at basic right now (he is ad army, though). Hes a little past half way done! For me, sometimes it goes fast, and than there are times when time seems to be standing still. But, honestly it has gone faster than I thought it would. Im expecting a baby any day now, so I understand how you are feeling about him missing time with baby. I agree, just write lots of letters!! I actually think this has been great for our marraige. Its kinda brought us back to the honeymoon stage My name is Jen, btw. We are all here for you if you need anything!
~Jen wife to Jay and mommy to a bunch!

it's my first time being away from him for awhile and probably not my last. we sure do know about being away from them! this board is a really good support system!
