Alright ladies.

I need new recipes. I am on a budget of $400 a month, but I am wanting to get home cooked meals, home made lunches and good breakfast to get into our routine. My family and I have a bad habbit of just running out to grab some dinner or stopping for lunch, instead of making stuff at home.

Here is the other catch, it has to be healthy. Not like any certain type of meal, just something not super unhealthy and complicated. I am going to Vegas in June and I am working out now and eating healthier.

The only thing thats healthy that I like is baked chicken over red leafs, spinach, green peppers and cucumbers. I don't do dressing or anything over it.

Grilled Fresh Salmon- if you watch for sales you can get it really cheap. Garnished with feta and pesto basil.

Turkey and Veggie spinach wraps- Usually use the Spinach tortillas, light cream cheese, swiss, turkey, avocado and lettuce.

Grilled Chicken wraps- Whole wheat tortillas, swiss, romaine, blackened chicken (paprika, cayenne pepper, black pepper, garlic and onion powder grilled on foreman grill), tomatoes and caesar dressing.

"Greek Dish"- Grilled chicken, artichoke, green olives, feta, ziti pasta, lemon juice.- I can send you the recipe and cooking instructions- if you'd like.

Veggie Lasagna- Whole wheat noodles, ricotta, low fat mozzerella, mushrooms, spinach, zuccini, yellow squash, onion. If you like meat, throw in some ground turkey 90/10 fat content.

For snacking or lunch side dishes- use lots of fresh veggies and "dipping sauces" could be yogurt or peanut butter.

Hope that helps!
