Well, the thread http://www.justmommies.com/forums/f5...text-gimp.html the Shrek plug in doesn't work and I can't find another for 2.6. So I was wondering if anyone knows of a plugin or some other way to do this effect?

Try this one Shrek text script

follow the same steps to install it.

When installed you'll find it under file>create>FX-foundry>logos

Ok, here I come with another pattern question. LOL. I was able to do/use this Shrek feature....but can it be done with a pattern instead of just a solid color?
