I made this siggy for a friend on another site, its really not that great, but I think its alright considering I've never done one like this before! I missed a corner of the picture, so it sticks over the frame, didn't notice it until a few minutes ago.... and how do I get the edges smoother? It looks really jagged to me???

A lot of it takes practice. You can use the fuzzy eraser and blow it up really big to erase and soften edges. That takes a lot of patience and practice, but once you get the hang of it then it does get easier. You can also just move the picture below the frame in the Layers Dialog, if it's that lower right corner you mean.
