Hi I'm 26 and I'm at 163lbs...my goal is to be at least 145lbs which is what I was in 2007 when I got pregnant with my son who is now 18 months... I go to the gym 5 days a week for 1-2 hours a day...

I need a buddy who will motivate me please! get so mad that I work out so much, but don't really see too many results... =(

my starting weight on January 12th was 175lbs...so I have lost 12 lbs in 4 1/2 months...not good enough for going to the gym so much...

I am a fulltime nursing student as well...I do love to text, and also receive my emails on my blackberry so that wold work as well....thanks!

Have you got a buddy yet? I have just found this section of JM tonight so I'm not really sure how it works (even though I did read the sticky).....

Anyway I am currently 71.8kg (15 pounds) and am wishing to loose 15kg (33 pounds)... I have lost 1.1kg (2.4 pounds) in the last week and a half and I am really excited about it!

I'm calorie counting as I know it works and I am also working out.

Let me know if you are still on your weight loss journey
