1/2 cup real mayonnaise
2 tablespoons all purpose flour
3 eggs, beaten
1/2 cup whole milk
1 cup crab meat
1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
1/2 cup chopped fresh parsley1
teaspoon Old Bay plus some for sprinkling
1 unbaked 9" pie crust

  • Preheat oven to 350°F
  • Beat together eggs, mayo, flour, Old Bay, and milk until blended.
  • Stir in cheese and parsley.
  • Gently fold in crab meat
  • Pour prepared mixture into pie shell. Sprinkle top with more Old Bay
  • Bake for 40-45 minutes or until a knife inserted in the center comes out clean.
