Keeping a food journal is a fantastic idea; just make sure your rule is to WRITE IT BEFORE YOU EAT IT! That act alone will prevent a lot of junk from entering your mouth!

I have been practicing this for quite a while now, by controlling my food intake, I loose 6 lbs

There are many ways toreduce some stress both indoor and outdoor. Exercise daily to avoid stress, exercisecan reduce stress and gives you a good feeling. You will feel light and goodafter doing some exercises. It is also good to treat yourself by doing somefacials, massage or other girly thing. It relaxes me when I used my favoritenatural mask from Essenzza every weekend. It relieves my stress while having acup of my favorite tea at home.
