Campfire Potatoes
5 medium potatoes, peeled and sliced
1/4 C grated parmesan cheese
2 t minced fresh parsley
3/4 t garlic powder
1/2 t salt
1/8 t pepper
1/4 C butter/margarine, cubed

Place half of potatoes on a large piece of heavy duty foil. Sprinkle w/ parmesan cheese, garlic powder, parsley, salt and pepper; dot with butter. Top w/ remaining potatoes. Fold foil over & seal tightly. Grill covered over medium heat for 30-35minutes or until potatoes tender (I put them in a 375* oven for 30-35mins on a baking sheet).
