1 lb pasta
3 c sundried tomatoes (not in olive oil)
1 1/4 cup olive oil
1/4 c butter
1t. lecithin
1 c romano cheese
1/2 c parsley
5 t. minced garlic
1/2 c walnuts
hot water

cook pasta
boil tomatoes in H2O cover one minute and drain
Puree remaining ingredients in blender with tomatoes
Add hot water in small amounts until desired consistency
Toss w hot pasta
serve at once
