2 to 3 pounds chicken
1 bag of cheese Doritos
2 cups shredded cheese
1 can cream of chicken soup
1 can Rotel tomatoes
1 onion chopped finely
1 clove of garlic

Cook and debone chicken, put to the side. Sauté garlic and onion, Mix together 1 1/2 cup cheese, garlic, onion and Rotel tomatoes. Lay a layer of chicken, then chips, then a layer of garlic, onion, cheese and tomato mix. Repeat layers. Top with leftover cheese and bake at 350 till cheese is gold and bubbly. Serve with sour cream if desired.

Could you use chicken breast? I hate bones. Ick! And we'd leave out the onion, tomatoes and garlic. DH hates tomatoes and we both hate onions. LOL, we're so picky. Otherwise it sounds good!

That almost sounds like King Ranch Casserole with a twist sounds really good!!

I made this last night. More of a casserole though. I diced the chicken and mixed it with everthing.. then sprinkled chips and cheese on top.. major hit!!
I might ttry it with cool ranch chips another time

So how many of you tried this and how did it go over? I have 2 very picky eaters at my house so I'm looking for something they'll even want to try ! I'd love to know how this went for everyone
