I didn't see a category for pork either (was looking for a bread category too)

cranberry pork chops (QC recipe)
4 boneless pork chops (about 1 1/2lbs)
1 T vegetable oil
1 can (16oz) whole berry cranberry sauce
1 C french salad dressing
4 t dry onion soup mix

In a large skillet, cook pork chops in oil on both sides for 12-15 minutes or until juices run
clear. Meanwhile, ina microwave safe bowl, combine the cranberry sauce, salad dressing,
and soup mix. Cover & microwave on high until heated through, about 2 minutes. Serve
over pork chops.
4 servings
