Oven Fried Chicken
I always take the skin off.

1 whole (2 to 3 pound) chicken, cut into pieces - I use 2 chicken breasts bone in, and 5 chicken thighs.
1 cup dried bread crumbs - also good with the italian bread crumbs
1 teaspoon garlic powder
1 teaspoon salt
1 teaspoon ground black pepper
1 teaspoon dried thyme
1/2 teaspoon paprika
1 cup mayonnaise

1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees F.
2. In a medium bowl or gallon size resealable plastic bag, mix together the bread crumbs, garlic powder, salt, peper, thyme and paprika.
3. Coat the chicken pieces with mayonnaise (I add milk to the mayo to make it thinner, otherwise it is really thick on the chicken). Place chicken pieces in bowl/bag with bread crumb mixture and coat/shake until well coated. Place chicken pieces in a lightly greased 9x13 inch bakin dish and bake for 45 minutes or until juices run clear.
