2 Cups Frozen corn
1/3 Cup sliced Green Onion
2 Teaspoons ground Cumin
2 Teaspoons Dried Oregano
1 (15 OZ) can Black Beans, drained
1 (14.5 OZ) Can diced tomatoes
1 (4.5 OZ) can chopped green chilies
4 Corn Tortillas
1 1/2 Cup Reduce calorie Monterey Jack Cheese
6 Tablespoons Plain Fat free Yogurt

Preheat Oven to 400. Combine first 7 ingredients, in a bowl. Place 2 tortillas in an 11 X 7 inch baking dish. Spoon half the mixture over the tortillas. Repeat with another Layer. Sprinkle the cheese over all. Bake for 15 minutes. Spoon the yogurt on top.
