Golden Chicken (Taste of Home cooking magazine)
2 C mashed potato flakes
3/4 C grated parmesan cheese
2 T dried parsley flakes
1 T paprika
3/4 t garlic salt
3/4 t onion powder
1/2 t pepper
3-4 lbs chicken thighs, skinless
1 C butter/margarine (melted)

In a bowl, combine potato flakes, parsley, parmesan cheese, paprika, garlic, onion, & pepper. Dip chicken into butter, then into potato flake mixture. Place on greased baking pan. Bake at 375* for 50-60 minutes or until juices run clear.
