1 envelope dry onion soup mix
2/3 C dry breadcrumbs
1/2 t pepper
1 egg
2 t water
6 boneless skinless chicken breasts
2 T butter, melted

With rolling pin, crush soup envelope. On wax paper, combine soup mix, bread crumbs & pepper.
In shallow dish, beat together egg & water. Dip chicken in egg mixture. Coat w/ crumb mixture, shaking off excess crumbs.
On baking sheet, arrange chicken. Drizzle w/ melted butter. Bake at 400* for 20 mins.
