1 lb ground beef
pack of taco seasoning (so cheap! can use the store brand)
2 small or 1 large tomato
2 cups shredded cheddar cheese (like 1 kraft bag, or you can shred yourself)
sour cream
soft tortillas (or hard shells if that is what you prefer)

1.cook the meat in a pan on the stove, toss in how much seasoning you want (i don't go by the directions on the package, i just sprinkle it in how i want)

2. dice up the tomatoes, shred the lettuce, stick a spoon in the sour cream....shred cheese if that is how you are doing it.

3. throw everything into it's own bowl.

4.warm tortillas in the microwave for like 2 minutes.

put on table, be merry and eat!

tihs seriously can be a meal in 30 minutes or less.
