I have a quick meal that I can make up the night before and when I'm ready I just pop it in the oven.
Need: hamburger patties
1 potato quartered for each meal
baby carrots
1 pat butter

Make your burgers into patties and place on foil.Add your onion .Add your potato.I cut mine into quarters and then add your carrots. I use the baby carrots just for convience.
Put a pat of butter on the top with salt and pepper. Roll down the foil but leave a sm opening for steam. Place on a baking sheet and bake at 350 degrees for about an hour. When it is done I put A-1 on the burger because it tastes different from a regular burger. ENJOY!

Hey that's what we do on camping trips. As us Cub/boy Scout parents call them Zip Pack meals. They're something simple we throw in the campfire for dinner.
