Easy Banana Bread

2 cups baking mix (Bisquick, Pioneer, homemade, whatever)
4 mashed bananas
3/4 cup sugar (brown or white ... I used white because it's all I had)
1 cup oatmeal (quick-cooking or regular, both work)
2 eggs
3 tbs melted butter or margarine

If you like, you can add vanilla extract and/or cinnamon. I added cinnamon and while it didn't NEED it, it was a nice touch.

Preheat oven to 350 degrees.
If you're using regular oats and want them to be imperceptible (for picky eaters like my DF!), run them through the blender or food processor.
Mix all ingredients in a bowl.
Pour into greased loaf pan and bake until golden brown (mine took about 40 minutes).
