Anyone else in her path? The eye is passing north of us. But not by much! We have been seeing rain since yesterday morning.

Today I called out of work didn't want to risk crossing the bay bridge! Glad I did because they closed it about the time I would be making it home!

We still have our power but not sure how much longer!

Stay safe everyone!

Stay safe! This is one crazy storm. I'm in Chicago & even we are seeing affects of the storm. Certainly not anything like the east coast but it just shows how strong a storm it is. They are expecting waves on Lake Michigan to be 20-30 ft today & tomorrow. That's just insane! I definitely feel for those that are in the direct path.

I am in southern West Virginia and we have about 18 inches of snow. Power went out last night and school is already cancelled for tomorrow. It's still snowing and they predicted 2+ feet of snow. And we are going to see if for sure. We were prepared just needed to get gas and kerosene. So it's not too bad. Staying warm and watching movies with the generator running tv and DVD player.

It wasn't so bad. We had some pretty hard winds, lots of rain but the power stayed on.

Glad everyone seems to be okay! We didn't have much of anything here. It's been cold and windy but that's about it.

*Excitedly expecting baby girl number two!*

Thank you to Babydoll213 for my fabulous siggie!
