Out of cereal boxes for your kids! I'll try to make one next time I get a box but the directions are just text that I have. Cut the top off a box and cut down 2/3rds of one end. Fold the sides inward and secure with packing tape. When the boxes wear out make new ones!!

THis is actually going to help us out because donovan doesn't have a book shelf in his room, there's no room for one. SO I'm going to make a few to go on top of his dresser!

so I made one! It's a small cereal box so it will only hold small books. My 3 year old thought it was neat!

Cut off the tops flaps and 2/3 down the side

Thank you so much for posting that. I've been looking all over for magazine holders for in our living room, but haven't wanted to buy them at the price they go for. I hadn't even thought about using cereal boxes. It will take me a while to get enough of them, but I'll start making them as I have them.
Thank you Zarziza for a beautiful siggy

I made one for bigger books last week. It was a longer box that held two bags of cereal and it's perfect for some of the board books!

This is a great idea I'll have to use the cereal boxes I've got now. I've also got some smaller boxes I can use for my smaller books.

Thank you to the wonderful ladies who mad the blinkies!

"The Lord compensates the faithful for every loss. That which is taken away from those who love the Lord will be added unto them in His own way. While it may not come at the time we desire, the faithful will know that every tear today will eventually be returned a hundredfold with tears of rejoicing and gratitude..... These experiences, while often difficult to bear at the time, are percisely the kinds of experiences that stretch our understanding, build our character and increase our compassion for others."

That is a great idea!! You can always get some of those book covers or plain paper to put on the sides..or laminate the sides to make the box more durable...

I happily Breastfed Alba for 5 1/2 months!!!!

Below is my weightloss ticker. This is not for the pregnancy weight to come off as it has pretty much all came off. The rest of it is just what I've been wanting to loose for a while now to get back to my healthier weight!
