Does anyone journal on a regular basis?

I did when Troy was first born, but for some reason stopped. I really need to pick it back up since I think it's a great way to get thoughts and emotions out
♥Thanks you jaidynsmum for my awesome siggy ♥

I don't.. I find that when I write I have to feel it... Sometimes I will journal for hours and hours just sitting writing... sometimes none of it makes sense!
Cause I know my weakness, know my voice,
Now I believe in grace and choice,
And I know perhaps my heart is farce,
But Iíll be born without a mask

I have always journaled. I stopped when I went to college(regret it so much) and started back when my third child was 6 weeks old. A year ago, I started putting all of my writing time into my Web Log. I regret it in a way because it isn't as personal, but with the pictures and all, it is a great momentum. I plan on printing each page and putting them into a binder...by the year. This way it can be a physical journal.

I have a friends only Livejournal that I have been using since I was a freshman in college. I find that its easier for me to journal in the electronic format. With an actual paper journal I tend to forget about it.

I wrote in a journal from the time I was 8 all the way till now. Course I was more diligent as a kid and teen and less so now. I still write maybe every couple of months. Its just that my days are more or less the same as a SAHM so I write when something good, bad or surprising happens. Or just to brag about my kids.
