I almost had a panic attack after church, they were talking about scary issues. I wouldsay a mild attack but I was really bothered. I had panic attacks like 8 years ago, I forgot how terrible they are. I was nauseous and I lost weight in a day, as in I was 186 that morning and I was up at 3AM and 177. Yes, I was weighing myself at 3AM. So what are some way you ladies deal with panic attacks. Any kind of positive self talk? I am taking a low dose of Zoloft. Before I had Isabelle I wasn't taking an SSRI and was doing fine. Mabye it's post pardam hormones.

Sorry I'm late in seeing this...

What I learned about anxiety & panic is that no matter what symptoms disappear no matter how scary or uncomfortable they are.

The key to dealing with anxiety is to find out the triggers, which you did you said they were talking about scary stuff in church.

What did you feel the worse thing that could happen was?

I don't think it's post pardum but that you were really anxious that day... anxiety can be triggered by literally anything. It could be a word, a smell, the way you feel that day, upset tummy, feeling too hot or to cold, headache, lack of sleep the lists are endless.

Hope you are feeling better.
