I'm currently on Prozac and I'm doing great on it but I'd like to breastfeed my baby and I've read that you shouldn't breastfeed on Prozac.

I must admit even though I want to breastfeed I'm almost scared to try a different med. I mean what if doesn't work and all my anxiety and depression comes back?

My son is 8 mo old and ive been taking 75 mg of zoloft since I was 2 weeks post partum. I still bf now. Its considered one of the safest ones from motherrisk, and from drs.

it works well for me for depression, and anxiety attacks... but i feel like its not helping the constant Worrying I do about everything in an ocd kinda way.

I have to talk to my dr. about that.

I've taken Lexapro while breastfeeding my son. I know how scary it is to think about switching meds! But you need to also think about your baby. Talk to you doc and see what they recommend.
