Hey there, I wanted to see if I might be able to get some advice from you ladies. For the longest time I have been trying to avoid any kind of medication or treatment, I have never thought anything was wrong with me until the last couple months. I am pretty happy most of the time and I have read symptoms of depression and I really don't think thats what I have because I only matched with 1 of the symptoms which was irritability. For the last couple months I have been unbearbly irritatable, I snap at my husband all the time and I have no patience with my 2 year old, it seems worse closer to my period which I know could be PMS but its happening more often now at different times in my cycles. I mean the smallest thing my husband does just sets me off and I yell at him and show anger, I don't like the way I am acting and I tell myself to stop getting so mad so easily but it doesn't work. I have had a lot on my plate lately, I have thrown myself into a photography career big time the last few months, something I had been working up to for almost a year but finally started doing professionally a few months ago, its been demanding so I am thinking maybe I am really stressed? Anyone have any idea's or possible natural remedies to help with these moods? Also, I am super scared to start taking anything because my husband and I are trying for baby # 2 right now too...which I know is going to be more stress but we really want to have another child before he is 40 and he is going to be 38 this year, I am 10 years younger so I have a little time, but I want to take something safe in pregnancy and I have yet to find anything. Any advice would be greatly appreciated, thanks!

I don't have a lot of advice, but wanted to give you some I'm kind of in the same boat b/c we're also TTC and I don't want to take anything that would potentially harm a baby/our chances of conceiving.
The only natural thing I can think of is St. John's Wort...not sure about if it is safe for pregnancy, I would have to research that.

Thanks, I was actually looking into St. John's wort myself but it said their are limited studies on if its safe in pregnancy, therefore its not recommended ...I haven't found one yet that is natural, and confirmed to be safe in pregnancy.
