Recently diagnosed (December) and just looking for mommas that can relate and help me not feel like I am crazy.
Mom to a half dozen
Girls: 19 with Down syndrome, 4, 3
Boys: 12, 8, 6
Homeschooling, frugal, finally not CDing, college student, co-op teacher, open minded, passionate momma who has been married to the love of my life for almost 20 years!!

ur not crazy.. u have an anxiety disorder... but i feel like im crazy at times too and idk what it is thats going on with me... im not diagnosed... my dr says i have severe anxiety and some ppd maybe some obsessive thoughts.. but never went to get diagnosed.. very hard... but the meds are working good for me so far.

Not crazy at all. I was terrified of the diagnosis. I finally went a year and a half ago and was diagnosed with ADHD (which apparently have some very similar symptoms). I have a strong family history and don't think I'll escape the diagnosis forever. Once I got medicated for the ADHD though it really changed my life for the better. I was terrified of having to rely on something, but it REALLY helps! Do what makes you feel better, don't worry how other people see it.
