Well hello there! My name is Rebecca.. i'm a nursing student.. due to graduate (i'm a transfer student so it's kind of silly) in May 08 with my associates and in Dec 08 with my Bachelors. A lot of my bachelors credits transferred in so I only have an extra 6 months from one degree to the next! Here is my dilemma.. We were pg but had an ectopic in november, and last month. We were told we could ttc again after one normal cycle, but I am unsure. If this pregnancy had been successful I would have been due in Dec and had the christmas break to fall back on to be with the baby. I *thought* I had decided to wait to TTC until august because that way i'd be due over the summer... but that ache to be a mother is trying to get the best of me. Those of you who are in nursing school know the demands and the pain of making up clinicals when they're missed, etc. Has anyone done it successfully? (well, i know there are people who have) I guess i'm just looking for someone to tell me it was a breeze so I can get on the TTC journey again I'm sure it wasn't a breeze and that things would have their way of working themselves out... just looking for other student mom inputs! any input is greatly appreciated.. thanks in advance!

Hi, my name is Dana. I just got my associates degree in December, well I had my dd in November. I would not say it was abreeze but I am sure glad that I did it. It got tough in the end, but the school I wen to was great in letting me do some clinicals early because then I would not have been able to do them after I had her as I had a c-section.

Good Luck in making your decision. Hope everything goes well.
