And still rear facing!

Her Birthday was wednesday and Im really happy we made it to two and have no plans to stop. She is a big girl, 36in tall and 30lbs. Depending on the car she has 1-3 in of room before getting to the 1in mark. Dh car she has 3 in, my van 2, my mil car 1... Funny how the vehicle seat can make such a difference. Im hoping to make it another year rear facing but Im really happy to be this far

YAY!!! She's adorable

Isabel made it to about 40 inches rear facing before hitting the height (and weight) limits (she was 3 yrs & almost 3 months); Brinlee was about 42 inches (she has a shorter torso)... so hopefully you can make it another year in the seat!

Thats her last month and she hasnt grown from that picture to the other picture. Her head is a smidgen above the piping on the cover. Im kinda hoping that potty training will help take her down a little. Her fluff is thick lol Since 18m she has only grown 1/2 an inch in height and maybe 4lbs. So her growth is defiantly slowing down. I think we will get close to 3 if not a few months past it. I was hoping to go to 4 but we will never make it.

Anyone have a radian rear facing in the captain chair of a toyota sienna with no touching?

Yay! I love seeing bigger kids (aka: tall!) RF. The most common response I get about extended RFing is "my kid got too tall." And my son is about the same size as your daughter right now (2 years, 2 months and is 36'' and 31lbs), putting him well into the 70th percentiles (and your daughter must be even higher, since she is a girl). It is so great to see examples of the bigger ones who are comfortable and happy (and safe) in their seats Thanks for sharing. She is gorgeous.

She is a DOLL! She does look like a little peanut in the big ol MR Then I read her stats I don't personally have any experience with a radian, but I have heard a lot more success stories once the angle adjuster came out.

Cohen is 3yrs and 3mo and is soooo close by height in the Radian. He's also starting to fight me more. He gets in Braedon's booster every single time we get in the car. I need to measure his height since Radian says 1.5"...and I'm wondering what kind of extra room I'd get if I used the angle adjuster.

Did you know that 95% of children are not properly restrained in a vehicle?
Make sure your child is not one of them!
