Hello ladies - I just found out I am pregnant with my 3rd, due in May 2014. I had my 1st a few days after I turned 20, and my 2nd I was almost 23. I will almost be 30 when my 3rd is born.

I am just wondering what other women's experiences have been like as far as getting their bodies back, who may have had kids young, and then a little older...

I'm really worried about it..

My body went back to its normal shape through walking exercise and healthy diet. I tried to stay away from carbohydrates.

Just be patient. If you control yourself from eating too much, you will surely get the figure you want. Always make sure that you do exercise everyday !

All the best.

It is what it is, for most of us, our bodies are never quite the same. I weigh the same as I did before kids, but was a lot firmer. Mind you, I am sure without having had kids my body would still not look the same as a 20 year old.

I've been getting more and more careful about what I say about my body, I eat healthy and excersize, but should never be seen in a bikini, but with 5 young ladies watching me, I want to be realistic about what I look like and what I say about my flabby tummy

Good luck. I exercise 3-4 times a week, eat healthy and let me tell you, I just cannot seem to get rid of all the excess fat no matter what I do. I have decided it is time for some liposuction.

Eat a clean diet (Organic, not processed food) and cleanse the toxins. Cut out white carbs (sugar/breads). Take supplements because if you are lacking nutrients your body will hold on to fat.

Extra protein can help curve cravings and make you feel full. I would make sure you find a NON-GMO protein without high fructose corn syrup or canola oil or any other additives that are bad.
