How do you get over the angst of leaving your child every day? I am happy with the sitter I hired, but still nervous about leaving her. I am going to be working part time. Advice ladies?

Oh boy - it's SO hard!!!! I made sure Kailey and her school teacher clicked - she is awesome and I feel completely comfortable leaving my child with her. You're going part time - so that is great that this transition is a gradual one!! Have the sitter come over before you work (like 1 hr or 30 min) so that you can all play together - that will help make it easier **HUGS** Welcome!!!

It's always going to be hard!! At least that's how I feel. It does get a bit easier over time.

It's definitely hard at first. I think my first week back to work was the worst but over time, you develop a routine and it gets easier. It helps when you like & trust the people who take care of your child too. I still have days where I get upset leaving my daughter, but I think that's normal.
Thanks to Kiliki for my super cute siggy!
