Well, I am gonna keep my RE app on the 5th. I have talked to a few girls that go to this RE and the first thing they started on was Femara and Injections. I am a little nervous about that. I done the lupron to shrink my endo myself is the injections about the same as the lupron??? Has anyone had the IUI i know a few I hav seen on here has. that will be the next step prob. but I am not sure. How much does the IUI range in cost??

IUI is normally not that expensive... depending on what meds and such- anywhere from 150-700$ is what I've seen.

The IUI itself is the least expensive part at my clinc. The IUI with sperm wash and prep is $345. The monitoring with an injectable cycle is $1400. Then of course you have to pay for your medicine. Good luck and keep us posted!

Thanks!! I am excited but scared all at the same time. Gives me something else to think of other than ttc at the moment. FF said I finally oed this month on CD21. I didnt have andy fertile signs then so I dont know. Start clomid on CD5-9 this coming cycle and on the 5th go to the RE so I am ttrying to keep busy until the clomid and the RE. My insurance pays for my clomid and the lupron...My OB puts almost eveything down I think as helping or treating pcos because he says if I get prego my pain and cysts will stop...wonder if my RE will do that???

I just finished a IUI cycle with femara, follistim, and trigger. All together it came to just under $900. The femara was covered I just had to pay a $15 copay. Follistim and HCG came to $245 and the IUI and sperm wash came to $480. The ultrasound was about $150. Good luck!!!!
