I started Puregon (follitism in the U.S) today and I've been looking for info on it online but not getting very far. My RE put me on because clomid and femara didn't seem to be helping my thin lining at all. I'm confused though because I can't seem to find any data to support this drug helping thicken the lining anywhere. Was anyone else put on this same drug because of their lining? Any info at all about it would be helpful. Thank you
~Lily~ It's a BOY!

Hi Lily! I'm not really much help...I had very nice thick lining before going on Clomid. When I was on 50mg, my lining stayed pretty thick. However, I had to go on Estrace when doing 100 or 150 mg in order to build my lining, as the Clomid was thinning it Some hope though-Estrace did thicken my lining right up last cycle, so I'm hoping that it will work the same miracle again...

Good luck!

Follistim is very similar to Gonal-F, and there is more info on Gonal-F out there. I've been on both for IVF/IUI cycles and never had lining issues.
