Anyone know if REs will typically let you do a MA cycle immediately after a chemical pregnancy?

I started bleeding tonight, a normal AF type flow. It's over. I'm sad but really anxious to get on with a new cycle! I am so encouraged by the fact that I DID get pregnant. So I really would like to do the same combo this cycle of Follistim, Ovidrel and TI.

I will talk w/my nurse tomorrow. I know they want me to have more bloodwork on Thurs, I am assuming to make sure (now) that my levels are down. Going from a 6, I am hoping it would be negative by Thurs.

Anyway, is there any reason my RE would want us to take a cycle off?
Married with two awesome 7 year olds, we're TTC with unexplained infertility.
Thank you sophiasmomma for my beautiful siggy!

The MC I had in Feb wasn't a chem, but early MC. My RE made us wait one cycle after the MC before they'd start again.

I'm so sorry, that's terrible.
My doc wouldn't do any treatment or testing the cycle after my m/c. She said the body needed to recover and hormones needed to regulate. I remember that cycle was REALLY long too. I didn't ovulate until cd 30 or something like that. But I guess it can't hurt to ask.

I'm so sorry this is the result. We were all praying for a miracle for you!

I don't know about how long an RE will have you wait. I think some may permit continuation with the new cycle as long as E2 and beta levels are back to normal and there are no cysts... My FX that you get a solid protocol and now that you KNOW you CAN get pregnant, they can find the right mix of things to KEEP you pregnant with a healthy little bean!!! ((HUGS))

Hat's off to Vicki for my cute siggy, thank you!
