I came across this article about egg quality not too long ago. I found it quite interesting and it covers a lot of aspects that attribute to egg health.

I hope that this time around does the trick for you! Stick around and keep us posted on how things go!

OH, Kari... that is an interesting article!

I don't have much to add. I've read royal jelly (for months) and nutritional factors (Vit D., L arginine and so forth) can help but they take months. I've taken them for months and months with so far little results, but maybe it's something else

When I was on Follistim last cycle, I was reading many things about how to increase follie size and growth. I kept reading about drinking LOTS of water, so I did that. Another thing I heard (and pls take all with a grain of salt! ) was to lie on the floor with your feet/legs straight up against the wall. *Supposedly* this increases blood flow to your pelvic region and reproductive organs. I also read that heat does the same thing, so keeping a hot water bottle against your lower abdomen for 15 mins or so is a good idea.

I tried the first two things, but didn't do the heat thing.

You never know! Good luck!

My RE felt very strongly that DHA would help with follie quality, he put me on a prescription prenatal to make sure I had enough of it. You can buy it OTC from Naturemade too, it is usually paired with folic acid.

Thank you Vicki for my awesome siggy!!
