Looking back on the cycle I got my BFP in May I had some weird things going on starting at 4DPO too.
Nothing I thought were symptoms at the time but definitely different things that cycle than any other cycle.

According to my doctor there is something called early conception factor (ECF) and it can start around 72 hours after conception. I don't know if it's true since there are a lot of theories that some doctors swear by and others say aren't true.
Our 3rd baby GIRL coming in August ♥

I hope this is it for you! I know what you mean by trying to keep yourself grounded though.

After years of trying, 2 years of fertility meds, multiple surgeries, blood draws and needle sticks, some awful pre-IVF complications, and endometriosis and PCOS,
We are done TTC. Praying for peace as we accept this...
Hoping for some comfort after our most recent (and 3rd) surgery and starting Lupron!
