Anyone do this or hear of it? I googled and found a bit of information on it. I ask because it is one thing our insurance covers 100%! I am starting acupuncture and will see how it goes, but that is all OOP. My lower back always feels like it could be cracked or adjusted. I heard it can open up blood flow to the uterus as well. Would love anything anyone knows on the subject!

Im not gonna be a ton of help, but my acupuncturist asked if I was going to see a chiropractor as well as her, she said it can help. I should have asked how, but I didn't think of it!! I will try to remember to ask her next time I go.

Wow...hooray for insurance coverage!!

I don't know anything about fertility and chiropractors and didn't investigate it much while TTC. Now that I have a breech baby at 35 weeks, though, I am seeing a chiropractor who uses techniques that supposedly align/open the pelvis to help the baby turn. I don't know if it will work yet or not, but the adjustments feel really good, and the 2 sessions I have had so far have helped reduce my hip pain greatly. I'd say it is definitely worth a try...especially if it is free!!

Melissa- Yeah, amazing my insurance covers anything I actually use!!! I hope your Pokey decides to do some flips for you to the right position!

A lot of hope- I will have to see what the acupuncurist says when I go this week!

Well I called the chriopracter and they had an opening tonight so I went! I just got back. He said my hips were a bit twisted and my neck was as well. He said come once a week and see how it is after four times. I told him I was going to the acupuncturist as well once a week starting on Thursday. He thought it was good idea and to let him know he was seeing me too. He adjusted me and put me on a bed with rolly things that went up and down my back for about 5 minutes in a dark room. Felt very relaxing, which is something I haven't felt much of lately. Feeling more positive than I have in MONTHS!

Sounds like a great appointment! With all of the stress that infertility causes, you could definitely use some relaxing "me" time!
