So I had my CD 12 ultrasound and labs today. The meds worked, and I have a lovely follicle. She also did a Post Coital test. That didn't fare quite as well. I should note that this was the last thing they did. She had trouble getting cm, as there was not much there to test. She managed to get a little bit. There were some living sperm swimming around and some dead. She acknowledged that it is hard to say if there is a problem from these results, and recommended doing IUI in the morning. Our insurance doesn't cover IUI, so I told her we really wanted to try without it, which was fine with her. I'll trigger tonight.

Do you think there is a chance here? I know some people say PC tests aren't very accurate. We are also planning to use pre-seed, so that should help with the cm issue. Just not sure.

DH and I are also PC test flunkies The bad results led to other tests to see what the problem could be, and those all came back fine. I think you are smart not to rush into anything until you are ready! The Pre-Seed can definitely help...good luck!

There is no problem giving a try the "old fashioned way" for now. If you need to, IUI's will be there for you when you are ready.

Yet another wonderful siggy by HeatherW.... thank you so much!!!

I don't know but I think you are fine trying on your own for a little while anyway, especially with Pre-Seed! GL!!!!!!!
