So I today is stim day 6 and I had my blood drawn this morning. My E2 was 727 and the nurse said that was great, but I was just curious if anyone knows where is should be? Definantly feeling like it is day 6, fullness and twinges on my right side are almost constant, sure hope this works.

E2 levels correspond with how many follies you have growing. So it all depends.

Yeah.. I know a MATURE follicle puts off about 200 in a e2 level, so sounds like for growing folloes about 1/2 way that could be a good number... but it depends on how many you've got growing!

After years of trying, 2 years of fertility meds, multiple surgeries, blood draws and needle sticks, some awful pre-IVF complications, and endometriosis and PCOS,
We are done TTC. Praying for peace as we accept this...
Hoping for some comfort after our most recent (and 3rd) surgery and starting Lupron!
