We have the same coverage- Premara Blue shield blue cross.
I was told by our clinic it would be 3-5,000 for medications but they said I had “possible” coverage for medications. Melissa suggested I call Fertility Freedom and ask them to research and they did. They came back that we have 75% coverage for fertility medications. So I am expecting to pay no more than $1250 tops! I am also a super responder to meds so I hope to not have to use a ton or that I don’t get OHSS

But no it does not cover anything regarding IVF procedure but does pay 75% medications with can help a lot. It also covers a lot of the diagnostic tests but there are still co-pays and I have definitely seen on here better coverage.
