I had my IUI this am - dont really know how many follies etc because i am trying this cycle not to be so on top of every detail and relax

however, i am in a lot of PAIN that i did not have with my first 2 IUIs

I am pain in my lower abdominal area, more so on the rt side

i am hoping that it is ovulation combined w the procedure side effects. Has anyone else had this and should I be concerned? Could there be something seriously wrong?

I know with some of my past cycles that were just clomid + trigger sometimes I did have a lot of ovarian pain when the follicles actually released.

I hope the pain eases soon for you, it can't hurt to put a call in to your doctor though if it is causing you concern.

I had my IUI on Tue and had alot of O pain.. Although today Im still having some pain on my lower left side witch could not be o pain anymore.. I just assumed it was from the IUI.. I also have endo so that might be it.. Im just hoping it goes away soon... I would call your doc if it gets any worse and just see what they say.. At least they could rule out infection... Hope you get to feeling better..

I had so much pain after my IUI that I cried for hours. The procedure itself was easy and painless but after they said fluid must have leaked into my uterus causing the pain. The next day I hobbled around but felt fine after that.

I hope you feel better!

Hi, I'm just now catching up on these posts. How are you feeling now.
The fluid leaking into the abdominal cavity from OHSS, causing an infection is exactly what I had and why I ended up in the hospital this week.
