I'm going in for my mid cycle u/s in a few minutes. I am VERY nervous. The last one I went in on New Years Eve and ended up having cysts and had to sit out for a little while. I'm really hoping this one looks good. Also, if it looks good I am getting a trigger shot... I HATE needles but it would be worth it if it worked!

mine grew kind of slow, but at cd20 i had one really good one, so don't feel out yet. The trigger is easy peasy! I hate needles too, but it's a tiny little subQ needle that you don't even feel go in. It will be a little tender after, but the injection itself doesn't hurt at all

Well not what I was hoping for. CD13 had 3 starting 1.4cm, 1.5cm, and 1.6cm, but none big enough for a trigger this month. When the tech asked the doctor she said to still do my progrestoerone this month though but the doctor is already talking about something different next month besides the clomid to try again so I don't know why she even wants me to take the progesterone, she has odviously counted me out for this cycle already.

I have been crying since I got left my appointment, it was hard to make it out of there without crying. I hate this because I feel like such a failure. I feel like everytime my DH and I BD and I don't get pregnant its because I failed again. I keep wondering how long it will be until he starts blaming me and hating me too. I know I shouldn't feel like this but I don't know what to do anymore.

I am so sorry it wasn't good news today. I sure hope your DH doesn't ever blame you and hate you for something that is absolutely beyond your control. It is definitely a stress filled journey and I really hope that your doc can find something to give you that work and that next cycle is it for you!

It's hard hearing news that is bad. You and DH are in this together. He loves you and doesn't and wont blame you at all. It's you two together, not just you or not just him.

They will find something that works - hang in there.

So for CD13 a 14, 15 & 16 have a lot of potential! I don't know why they would count you out. At the very least that 16 could ripen. Granted they probably want it earlier, but like said above, some women O later even on meds.

Thanks everyone. I was really having a rough time earlier but I've calmed down some finally and am looking at this a little more clearly. I am going to play this out like the doctor didn't indicate that I'm out of this one yet. Thank God for a great husband. He just started night shift and was sleeping when I got home. I tried to be quiet so he wouldn't wake up but he did. He came out and we talked, I cried, and he helped me calm down some.

Now I just hope that no one asks at work tomorrow why my eyes are so puffy... hopefully they just tell me I look like I don't feel good because I can play that one off easily right now with a ton of sick students no one would think twice!

I don't know what the doctor has planned for next cycle, my next appointment isn't until March 11th... :-(. I don't know if she will up my meds because last time I was on 150mg is when I had cysts which is why she lowered it back to 100mg this time. So far my medicated cycles have been:
50mg clomid- very small follicals
100mg clomid- bigger but still to small
150mg clomid- perfect size
150mg clomid- cysts (would have triggered if no cysts)
100mg clomid- to small to trigger
The tech did mention something about them wanting to increase my lining though so maybe that had part to do with it.

I'm trying to be a little more optimistic than I was yesterday. I even managed to not cry at work when someone started asking me about TTC.

Thanks for all of your support and concern everyone

What about Femara? That would deal with the lining issue.
