I have PCOS and am on my 2nd round of Clomid. Last cycle I got a positive OPK on cd 17 and got af on day 26. I'm never early. The nurse said that it could of been from the Clomid. I took 150mg of Clomid this cycle. I'm on day 13 and no positive or even a second line on the OPK's. I know with the OPK's it says that they are unreliable with PCOS. Has anyone gotten a positive and it not being right and the other way around. I'm seriously thinking of charting. I've had some problems with the sleep issues because my daughter hasn't been feeling well. My Ob/gyn said that I could just use the OPK's, but if it isn't going to pick up the surge I don't want to waste money.
