Well girls, AF is 2 days late and i have a hpt touse tomorrow.
Why oh why do i continue to put myself through this torture when i know that IVF
is our only hope??!

I am annoyed at myself for allowing a flicker of hope when all i do is upset myself.
I am annoyed at my body as to why AF is late, and i feel fed up

This is my 1st complete cycle with the clomid out of my system after 6 cycles,
so i KNOW it's my hormones adapting but i still do this!

Sorry for rant

Sarah

any hope is better than no hope. Even if you know better I like to stay positive.

I agree, Hope is a beautiful thing. You never know what God has planned for you.
I wouldn't EXPECT it to be positive, but I would take it just for the sake of "curiousity". That way if it's a BFP you will be pleasently suprised, and if it's a BFN then you will know you are going to start AF soon... But just so ya know, I'm hoping it's a BFP!!!

I could be wrong, but I think we hope because in the back of our minds we know that anything is possible and miracles truly can happen. I say use the HPT. You've got nothing to loose because you know you're starting IVF in the coming weeks (March is just around the corner!), and everything to gain. I'll be keeping my eyes peeled tomorrow for an update (which shouldn't be too long from now since you're 5 hrs ahead of my time zone of EST)

Awww Sarah, don't ever give up hope.

Even with the medical probability not in your favour, you want a baby so much that I think it's normal for you to hope. It's the whole head vs. heart thing.

I say go ahead and POAS, what harm can it do? You'll either get a mircale or confirmation on what you're thinking in your head.

Hang in there, my friend, your IVF cycle is almost here!
