this is my first round of clomid. i take my last pill tonight. i started them on day 4.

how soon should i ovulate after taking these things?

also, i seem a little dry down there. what if i don't get any EWCM? i don't usually get very much to begin with, so i'm worried i will have none left and won't know when i'm really fertile (if at all).

i have heard that clomid can turn your mucous 'hostile'. how do you know if this happens? my dr. isn't monitoring me at all, so i guess it's up to me to figure it out.

sorry for all the questions. i'm just really new to all of this.

thanks!

Hey!! That's exciting that it's your first round, I hope it goes really well for you. I've read that clomid does dry it out down there, however, I'm in my second round (cd8) and haven't experienced that yet... But just incase I bought some pre-seed. I don't know if that will help with the hostility, but it certainly makes BD'ing more enjoyable and doesn't harm sperm but allows them to move freely.
Usually when on Clomid you ovulate around 5-9 days after your last pill. I would deffinatly recomend getting monitored while on clomid, but if you can't, you can try taking your temps with a bbt and look for the thermal shift. If you have any more questions, i would be glad to help you Goodluck!!!
