first, i want to apologize for the millions of questions i post on here. i am so new to all these fertility meds and you all are wonderful resources. i don't know where else to get advice and answers! thanks for everything!

here's my question of the moment:

how do i know if the trigger shot is working? i took it last night at 9. i have my iui at 9 tomorrow morning. i feel fine. i don't feel like i'm about to ovulate. i have absolutely zero symptoms of ovulation. is it possible for the shot not to work? i just want this little egg to come out when it's supposed to!!! since i have delayed ovulation i'm worried it won't happen when it should.

thanks again for everyone's help and support!!

First off, no need to apologize. We all ask lots of questions... we're all here to answer them for each other. That's what makes this board so great!

As for the trigger shot, I really wouldn't worry yourself about it not working, I'm sure it is. When I've had my trigger shots, I have not "felt" anything going on in there but there has never been an issue.

Sit tight and try to relax as best you can and get yourself ready for the IUI!

I'm very excited that it's almost time for you and I wish you tons of luck in getting a BFP!

Hey hun! No need for apologies! I had a million ?s for my dr & for the ladies here when I 1st started all the meds. Don't worry. As for the trigger, your IUI sounds like it is well planned. Just sit back, relax, & get to that IUI on time so that this cycle can be a successful one!

My Re said that shot is pretty darn reliable so although I know it's hard, try not to worry about the "what if's" .

I hope this is it for you!
