Last night I took my last Clomid pill, and today starts my Estradiol pills. I take them twice a day from today (CD8) to CD11 and my last pill is the morning of CD12. Then I have to start back on the Prometrium, but this time I only have to take 100mg of that.

As for side effects, I had a few dizzy spells during the Clomid, and last night I woke up with what I assume was a hotflash, because I was hot and sweating, and took me a while to cool down after kicking off the sheet.

I took my first Estradiol pill this morning at 7am, and I am feeling pretty lightheaded, hopefully that passes. Hopefully I won't have to be on these meds too long.

So, to my question, when do you normally ovulate after Clomid? I am going to start doing OPK's, I figure maybe tomorrow....will the meds affect my OPK results?

Thanks in advance for any help you can give me

I think the general rule is 5-7 days after your last pill, and for the opk's be careful, clomid tends to make them positive. Just make sure to bd all the time
