I had my appointment yesterday. My uterus looked pretty good. Little fluid in there but he thinks from just scrapping. Not concerned about it at all. My ovaries looked great. Functional cysts on both!
(just last cycle they wouldnt release so they grew and grew and grew!)

So next cycle. They are putting me on letrizol and then we will do iui!

He says that we could conceive on our own naturally it was just not certain how long it would take since sometimes I dont release! And since I was diagnosed with breast cancer last year and went through mastectomies just so i could have one more baby instead of going through radiation. They gave me a time frame to conceive before they take my ovaries (I'm Brac 1 positive) .

So he says that doing the iui will increase our chances by more than 50%. What is it normally 25%? naturally?

So I am feeling hopefully.
But my husband is saying don't get your hopes up.. we have the worst luck.. it will probably take forever this way too!
With my cancer and then loosing the baby all within a year we aren't feeling very positive about things like this that we fell will complete us!

So I'm going to patiently await my period and then do the blood test and then get my prescription!

Good Luck and let me know what you think of the Letrizole---my RE is going to put me on that when we start trying again (in another month or so and after all my tests come back).
