Well, today when I got home from work there was red blood on my underwear. When I used the restroom I passed some tissue and had bright red blood on the toilet paper. I am so upset. I paged the nurse and she told me to come in tomorrow morning. She said that it could just be blood from my cervix and not to worry. I'm just worried because it was so bright. I thought that if it was "old" blood that it would be dark, so if it's bright then it must be new blood right?

Please pray for me tomorrow. I can't believe that it could be all over with so soon. Infertility is the hardest thing I have ever been through. It is just so unfair how hard we all have to work to have a baby.

Thanks ladies for the concern. I did go in this morning for another ultrasound and there is still a heartbeat! It was at 121 today up from 109 on Wednesday. They could see a pocket of blood in my uterus. My dr said that is not too uncommon, but does sometimes cause miscarriage. He told me that as long as it turned into dried blood from now on then I should be okay. He told me that if I have any more bright red blood to call again. He was very supportive and is actually doing a study right now on this situation. He is a fantastic dr and has won so many national awards for his studies and accomplishments. I feel very fortunate to be in his care. He gave me a hug when I was leaving and said that he would see me a week from Monday which is my next scheduled appointment.

So, I am supposed to be resting as much as possible. Feet up and laying down if possible. So, I am at home with my feet up!

Thanks for checking on me!
