When you have one or two kids and one of them is fussy, or is acting up, or steps in someone's way at the store, you tend to get sympathetic looks from other people who have had toddlers. But once you have three kids and a huge belly (or more!) no one has any patience for you or them at all. It's like if you dare to have more than the standard two kids you better make sure you are super mom, and your kids are always always quiet, clean, and glued to your side.

Sorry....I am just worn out after my adventures of unexpectedly taking the three kids to the pediatrician in the pouring rain, and then off to the pharmacy to wait for their prescriptions for 45 minutes.

Yes, I've noticed. Like I said in another thread, I literally feel like I have to be perfect ALL the time.

Sorry you had a rough morning . I hope your day gets better!

I had a day just like that a couple of weeks ago except it was with 4dc. Oh and I'm not pg.
I feel your pain.
I feel people just stare more than anything else, like we're a sideshow.
"Don't worry people, I've got this just PLEASE get OUT of my way."
Hope your LO feels better soon, and that the rest of your day is peaceful.

I never experience this because I AM perfect at all times......LMFAO.

I couldn't care less when people look at me or the kids, usually they are pretty well behaved, most often much better behaved than some moms/dads out with one or two kids. I do notice the difference though, sometimes. Most of the time like I said, I just don't give a whoopie ****.

I tend to stare back at people who stare at me with the same look they are giving me. Usually they look away. Doesn't bother me one bit what people think or say... unless they are going to come to my house and watch my kids for me and do better then what they say/think doesn't count.

Hope you have a better day. As for feeling we need to be perfect, try not to feel pressured. Our kids are kids and are not little machines. I know that sometimes doesn't help, but hang in there.
