I saw this in a number of forums and thought, why not here... write a letter, to anyone!

Dear employer

You suck, no really, you do. Not only am I the manager, I deal with scheduling, I deal with time off requests, vacation requests, verbal warnings, coaching, adherence and help answer numerous technical questions in a day, but I also do the job of 2 other former employees who's jobs were cut & tasked to me because (unfortunately) they really weren't full time positions, but I also deal with your financial data for the entire company at this location, and you have also tasked me with another big duty in regards to the software that is needed to allow others to do their jobs.
I have asked a trillion times for information that I need as soon as you have it available, yet I only get the info when someone complains that an employee is missing in the database.. I can't add them if I don't know about them!!
I also thank you for making me feel like poo today by asking me to pick up more work from production - yeah, I have all sorts of time to add that to my plate.
And the best... thank you for also putting more work on my plate because HR will no longer be on site, so I get a load of fun from that now too

Without a change in my rate of pay that has been the same for FOUR YEARS even though I JUST asked you for a raise 3 weeks ago & no-one has responded to me in any way!

Sincerely, Your employee that is looking like mad for a new job and you'll be up poop creek without a paddle to lose me.

(I have more venting later!)

Kraze - Good luck finding a new, way more fabulous job.

Cortney - Can I send a copy of that to the creators of Bakugan too?

Dear Mother Nature ,

What do you want from me? Off and on cramps, streaking instead of spotting, no period for months and BFNs when I check just in case. Is FRER putting you up to this? Just send me AF already. I don't like having to ask for AF but this constant gearing up is even more annoying than the real deal.

Hope everything gets straightened out soon, Jessie.

Dear NaKiyaah,

Momma hurts. Seriously, you don't need to be 12 pounds when you come out. All of your brothers and sisters want to meet you. Pleeeeeeeeeeeease.

Love you,
Your very sore Momma
