Last night I was finishing up some wash and discovered that my dryer no longer works. Just over the summer I was without a washer for a month. Now the dryer??? Can't I just get a break already??

Thanks to Jaidynsmum for my awesome siggy!!!

Isn't that how it always goes?

I can make you feel a little better though.....the week that the tree fell on our house went like this for 2 weeks after that one incident....someone shot out dog, my son broke his collarbone, my DD drove her car into a ditch, my neighbors called the cops on us three times cause of our other dog and my dryer broke.

I had been hanging my laundry to dry, which was fine with me but we have been getting cold, so my MIL went out and bought us a new one as my Christmas/Birthday present...but we had to get 2 new ones before one would work, a week after she bought it we finally had one that did what it si supposed to do LOL

I feel ya. A week ago we redid the brake shoes on the back of the van, now I need rotors on the front, plus my left rear turn signal went out and the left headlight. Arghhhhhhhh. Oh and I popped a hose.

It IS always something, isn't it?!!!

The summer before last for the month of August (I was 9 months pg) our dryer broke and washer had issues that started within a week of each other. We kept ordering parts for my husband to fix them meanwhile I was hanging laundry in the yard which took forever to dry in the humidity.

I was barefoot, pregnant, and hanging wash LOL

What's crazy is this summer it was the dishwasher! Entire month of August I was washing everything by hand.

What will happen next August?
